Mary Ryan, MS, RD, CD
Dietitian
Mary has a Master of Science degree in Foods and Nutrition and is a Registered Dietitian licensed in the state of Washington.
Mary established a private nutrition counseling and education practice in Jackson Hole, Wyoming and for 8 years prior to her arrival in Seattle she worked with a variety of clients, including many along the continuum of dysfunctional and disordered eating. Additionally, Mary is a freelance nutrition writer and is the author of NOLS Backcountry Nutrition – Eating Beyond the Basics for the National Outdoor Leadership school. She is also currently adjunct faculty in the Nutrition and Exercise Science Department at Bastyr University.
