Brittany King, MSW
Milieu Therapist
Brittany King is the milieu therapist for the RIVA Young Adult Track at The Moore Center. Brittany attended Eastern Washington University where she received her BA in Psychology and her Master’s in Social Work. Brittany previously lived in Spokane where as an intern she co-facilitated a therapy group for eating disorders. In 2009, Brittany started the “Be Comfortable in Your Genes” Fashion Show and Silent Auction and became a member of the Inland Northwest Coalition on Eating Disorders. Brittany and the coalition teamed up for the event and now it’s become an annual event held every February in Spokane. Her therapeutic interests are mindfulness, compassionate focused therapy and strengths perspective.
