The Moore Center accepts all private insurance plans. However, we are not contracted with every insurance company. We do not accept Medicare or Medicaid. Please check your benefits prior to your first appointment.
Please note: If you want us to bill your insurance company for services rendered, it is your responsibility to know if outpatient mental health benefits are provided under your individual health plan. Mental health benefits are generally different from medical health benefits. This information can be obtained by calling the "member services" telephone number printed on your insurance card
If and when you make an initial evaluation appointment, we will check the specifics of your benefits as a courtesy to you. Please be aware that payment determination is made by your insurance company once the claim is received. The Moore Center has no control over this determination and, if you disagree with your insurance company's decision, it is your responsibility to contact them directly. The Moore Center will not be responsible for determining and/or quoting your benefits. Because of the complexity of insurance reimbursement, all benefits quoted to you are estimated only and determination of what your insurance may or may not cover is not the responsibility of The Moore Center.
